Responsive Culture

When taking doctoral education, the writer made a new concept and was named Responsive Culture. After being tested in several government and private health laboratories in several major cities in Indonesia such as Jakarta, Surabaya, Yogyakarta, Semarang and Bandung, it turned out that Responsive Culture can be applied. The second trial at an educational institution can also be applied. The third trial, which was implemented at 37 Public Health Centers in DKI Jakarta Province, greatly assisted the performance of the Public Health Centers. Basically Responsive Culture can be applied in any institution, but must be adapted to the conditions of the institution concerned. The author has also made a Responsive Culture Module and has received a certificate of Intellectual Property Rights from the Ministry of Law And Human Rights-Indonesia.
