Relaxation Phenomena is an important phenomena in material physics specially in polymers. The study of these phenomena lead to better understanding of polymers physics. This work was done in Germany on the Polymer Laboratory of Prof. Christoph Schick, University of Rostock, Germany. The work consists of two parts: (a) Temperature Modulated DSC (TMDSC) (b) Dielectric Spectroscopy (DS) The author thanks Prof.Dr. C.
