Reflections on Organizational Management in the face of current challenges

The reflections that we share in this book, are inscribed in the topic of organizational management, when observing appreciatively on the disruption of the current organizational context where difficult moments are faced by the pandemic caused by the COVID-19 virus. As we are constantly questioning about management and administration without having the immediate answers, we are left with the reflection and analysis to try to understand it.In these moments that companies and organizations are living, they demand a resignification of Management as a social practice and a recognition of the extra-ordinary human management. In this sense we point towards an interaction of the social system with economic factors, structures and institutional factors that allow reconfiguring a healthy organization, free from the virus of the past and with the strength to face its challenges.
