Reference for Management in General

This book explains many of the principles of General Management. I have a deep standing commitment to excellence in teaching general management skills and this dedication is quite evident in this book. Today, as in the past, successful businesses depend on visionary leaders and real general managers. Every successful CEO realizes intuitively that business and management is part science and part art. However, rarely do Management books make this case. The general manager has a predicament unlike any other.
