Redesign of a competency based management course

The subject of ADMINISTRATION II is part of the propaedeutic training, which aims that students identify the importance of the company as a driver of contemporary economic and social development of a country, as well as the different purposes it pursues, the resources it manages, the areas that comprise it and how it is influenced by the impact of globalization, corroborating all this in an ongoing business in order to obtain the knowledge and skills that allow them to generate a business project applicable in their community. In the General Baccalaureate, we seek to consolidate and diversify learning and performance, broadening and deepening the development of skills related to the disciplinary field of HUMANITIES AND SOCIAL SCIENCES, which promotes the subject of ADMINISTRATION II. All of the above is important for the success of the subject of Administration 2, and will result in the ability and skill to design a complete learning strategy with activities, resources, educational materials, learning environments and products that really help students and teachers to develop competencies.
