Real Estate Culture and Ethics Refurbishment of Buildings in Kosovo

In this book the content is: the real estate research for the increasing quality of living approach in Kosovo, in accordance with Sustainable Refurbishment of building stock. At first, we do analysis of the Energy Efficiency legislation in Republic of Kosovo in comparison with the European Energy Efficiency directives on Energy Building Performance (EPB) which can be approved using with the better content for living standards and Real Estate trade market in Kosovo. It is important that from the assessment done during the analysis we describe the building situation before and after the Energy Efficiency measures which can be used based on the EU standards and improvement of the Energy Efficiency rules and compatibility investment in practice on real trade market in Kosovo and improving the Building standards with implication in financial investments in this branch. In the end of this study we improve the methodology and hypothesis in practice on 3 or 4 case study's. After the Evaluation we do the comparative analyze.
