Psychology of professional communication

Much has been written about the problem of communication and how to solve it, that is, how to learn to communicate effectively. However, communication continues to be a topic of enduring interest. At the heart of this problem is the following paradox. People communicate with each other every day, and it seems that the daily activity (communication) must be constantly improving. In other words, when communicating on a daily basis, each person must learn to do so not just effectively, but in a highly professional manner. Nevertheless, in life we observe the opposite picture - there are not many people who know how to build their communication competently. Why does this happen? How to find a solution to this paradox? One attempt to answer these questions is the publication of the textbook "The Psychology of Professional Communication of a Lawyer".
