Project management in SMEs:

The objective of this book is to show that it is necessary and vital for the Cameroonian SME to put into practice the principles and techniques of standard project management to manage its projects; not only to reduce the risk of failure of its projects, but also to ensure the quality of their products and their competitiveness on the markets. To achieve this work, we first presented the project management in general, and in particular, the project management techniques implemented in the iTravel project by La Centrale Informatique which is our host structure. Secondly, we evaluated the performance of the project management system implemented in the iTravel project; this was done through a presentation of the evaluation and the evaluation techniques, and then through the actual evaluation of the performance of the project management system implemented in the iTravel project. After analysis, we find that the iTravel project was conducted on the basis of LCI's own project management system.
