The priority mechanism for ensuring links in the Information Society is the information infrastructure, which should be understood as a set of means for processing and dissemination of information, united in telecommunication networks and being the basis for the provision of information services. Approval of information as a new production resource leads to a qualitative transformation of traditional economic systems. .... Within the framework of information economy, economic relations are becoming more complex, the role of institutions, driving forces of the economic system, the importance of production factors and technology for their use is changing, and the list of qualitatively new goods and services is expanding. The transformation of information into the most important economic resource influences the vector of social evolution, reduces the dependence of national economies' growth on the availability of natural resources, capital, the quantitative characteristics of the labor force and other extensive factors.
