Problems of Resources in Chiro Technical Vocational School

The quality of any educational program is determined to a very large extent by the personal qualities, professional competence, attitudes and insights of teachers. The involvement of teachers in the process of the improvement of instruction is absolutely essential because teaching is the result of the teacher's total experiences, not merely the class room experiences with learners" materials and equipments are also contributing resources for the achievement of objectives in technical-vocational schools. That is, like human resources, materials and equipment are essential resources for skill development. Resource materials and equipment encompass many things: "text books, periodicals, charts, machines, tools, buildings, supplies, facilities e.t.c."Besides knowledge and skills, students should have values, that is, commitment to work and social obligations, cooperation with others and avoid destructive competitions. Thus, the guidance program should help students in order to develop these values. Generally, to produce skilled and productive citizens and to meet the needs of students and the society, guidance service is very essential.
