Problems of electronic correspondence in criminal procedural evidence

To date, the topic related to electronic correspondence in criminal proceedings is relevant, because due to scientific and technological progress and the development of technology, the role of electronic correspondence in the sphere of interpersonal communication has greatly increased. In certain situations, the transmission of information by one person to another person can be a preparation for a crime, one of the acts of the objective side of the committed crime or a completed crime. The object of this monograph is the whole complex of social relations connected with criminal-procedural proving by means of electronic correspondence. The aim of the work is to analyze the role of electronic correspondence in criminal procedural proving and the choice of solutions aimed at eliminating the problems caused by the imperfection of the criminal procedural legislation of the Russian Federation in the context of electronic correspondence.
