Pressure Measurement in a Planar Turbulent Jet

In this book, techniques to measure the velocity and pressure fluctuation simultaneously in a planar turbulent jet are briefly shown and summarized. In addition, some measurement results are also described. Firstly, the purpose and the related previous studies are shown as an introduction. Secondly, developed two types of probes to measure the velocity and pressure fluctuation simultaneously in the jet are described. Finally, some results of the simultaneous measurement in the jet are shown. As you know, techniques shown in this book are simple and classical but they have certain reliability and accuracy. Further, the obtained results are valuable information to understand the flow characteristics of the planar turbulent jet. I hope this book will help you in your works even just a little.
