Working in the area of Spectroscopy with special interest on characterization of different rare earth ions doped phosphor materials. I have studied structural and optical properties of rare earth doped phosphor uses technique XRD, SEM, FESEM, RAMAN, TEM, Photoluminescence and decay curves in this work. I have concentrated on optical properties of the rare earth phosphor materials. The main motto of this work to developed the precise investigations of rare earth doped phosphor for their use in production of White LED applications.
