Post operative Performance of IPOs in the Indian Capital Market

This book clearly explains the overall picture of IPOs and their role in the Indian Capital market. It gives the overall trend of IPO companies. The investors are benefited by the price difference from the issue price, 1st year, 2nd year and so on. The return is calculated on the basis of tools used in this study. The study also tries to find out the performance of IPO companies based on financial variables. The primary objective of the study is to analyze the performance of Initial Public Offerings on the various sectors during April 1998 to March 2008.
