PHYSICAL ACTIVITY CURRICULUM AND ITS EFFECT ON CHILDREN

This book enables the Parents and Teacher to develop research oriented training capsules in order to develop a systematic curriculum of Physical Activity which can be implemented in different schools. Developed Physical Activity Curriculum was effective in the overall development, which comprises of anthropometric, biomotor and physiological variables since t values were found significant of the treatment group when compared to control group. This book can also assist parents and teacher to develop a systematic training schedule to their children.Children in the early age should be allowed to play three-five games of their own choice and as the passage of time he should be insisted to focus on one or two games of this own choice.
