The world of large companies has never been as complex as it is today. The area of systems, technological expansion, and globalization places the middle manager in an increasingly unstable environment. Organizations change, tools change, companies are bought and sold, regulations evolve, in short, everything goes faster and lasts less time. In this context, the manager can lose his bearings, his fundamentals. The urgency of the moment deprives him of his ability to step back and get closer to what he is, what he thinks, his convictions and his philosophy of life. The large company, this organization produced and managed by man, is the reflection of human aspirations. If today the big company has nothing human anymore, it is because it has diverted the individuals who work there from their deepest aspirations.
