The purpose of this study is to present the experiences of forty-year old Filipino women in selected barangays of Qurino municipality, Province of Isabela and city of Batangas, Batangas Province, Philippines using significant data from the five human dimensions such as: Physical dimension, Emotional dimension, Social dimension, Spiritual dimension, and the Health dimension; facilitating a thorough multi-dimensional assessment approach, and thus further playing relevant role in formulating specific and generalized health program proposals for women in their 40s.
