Pharmaceutical Functions

This book is a helpful resource for students in B. Pharmacy and other pharmacy programme. The PCI syllabus was followed in the creation of this book. With an introduction, this book covers subjects such as syrups, elixirs, linctus, solutions, liniments, suspensions, emulsions, powders, suppositories, and incompatibilities. Ingredients in pharmaceuticalscolour, flavor, and solubilize, suspend, thicken, dilute, emulsify, stabilize, and preserve make therapeutic compounds more effective as well as appealing dose forms. Each kind the physical and chemical properties of the dose form make it distinctive.
