Perceived HRD climate and Job Satisfaction in Select IT Companies

The Government of Andhra Pradesh has identified Information Technology (IT) as one of its major growth engines that would catapult the State into the future. The State has recognized that IT shall play a significant role in achieving its policy objectives like economic development, enhancing the quality of life, and providing good governance to its citizens.The rational behind the study is to understand and highlight the various determinants of HRD Climate & Job Satisfaction among employees of Information Technology Industry. It is expected that this study will help in throwing more light on the current HRD Climate and Job Satisfaction levels as well as aid respective Information Technology Company Managements in using this knowledge to consent with new strategic and policies to increase the HRD Climate and Job Satisfaction of employees of Information Technology Industry. Besides, it is imported that this study would be a precursor to more advanced studies in the era of HRD Climate and Job Satisfaction levels and improvement methods among Information Technology professionals.
