Participatory learning in agricultural extension

Top down approach was successful to transfer technology through training and visit model in Indonesia, however, adoption of innovation was not sustained at the long term. This book discusses participatory learning approach as well as constraints, processes and strategies that produced a more sustain adoption of technology sets in a complex, diverse and risk environment.
