Have you felt depression? Have you felt like you can¿t trust anyone? When I started writing this book I didn't have someone to talk to about my depression and didn't have access to a therapist. Paper is what listened to me and it is where I drew my solace. In my life I lost love and my own dignity, the outlet for my depression was expressing myself through writing poetry. I wrote this book to tell my story, to reach out to those who once had depression and those who still deal with it. I hope this book will heal your wounds.
