ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE

The school climate greatly improves when parents are involved in the planning and organization of school activities, and this contributes to meaningful decisions about important school programs, allowing parents to become stakeholders. Thus, from various opinions about organizational climate, it can be synthesized that organizational climate is an atmosphere of a work environment with a set of behaviors and attitudes of members of the organization that will bring out the characteristics of the organization, which from a perspective will differentiate one organization from another in perceiving its environment; such as teachers will have different perceptions of the organizational climate from doctors when doctors perceive their work environment; even in one work environment, it will be different; for example, teachers will perceive the environment depending on their tenure and attitude towards change. Teachers with high conservatism will value the climate more negatively than teachers with low conservatism.
