Organisational Support, Teachers' Job Satisfaction and Commitment

Laud Teye Nartey is the Dean of Students and Quality Assurance in OLA College of Education at Cape Coast in Ghana. He was the former Head of Science Department of the same College from 2002-2018(16 years). Besides he had served and still serving on numerous Educational Committee. He was awarded the Regional Best Teacher in 2001 in the Central region. He had his Primary Education at Premier International Preparatory School. He attended Accra Academy for his Secondary Education and attained G.C.E ¿Ordinary Level and Advanced Level. He attained Certificate in Teaching at Wesley College and Fukushima in Japan. He had his tertiary Education of Cape Coast and University of Education, Winneba all in Ghana. Currently he is a final PhD Candidate at Universidad Empresarial De Costa Rica. He has to his credit twenty-six publications
