Operational Intelligence

Most firms have more data than ever. And yet the next piece of work still tends to begin with the same questions: Have we done anything like this before? Who worked on that matter? Part I sets out the vision: why data alone does not produce better decisions, and what becomes possible in the work with clients, people, matters and management. Part II goes through the architecture behind it - the Knowledge Layer, Knowledge Objects, Decision Engines and MCP - written for those who have to evaluate a platform of this kind. Part III looks at where Operational Intelligence is heading as a discipline.
