These microorganisms in the fins and isthmus can remain even after biomechanical preparation, thorough debridement with antibacterial agents and intracanal dressing. So, in order to increase the chance of success of the endodontic treatment, substances with antimicrobial properties are frequently used as root canal filling materials in deciduous teeth.This book seeks to present a review of the major obturating materials and techniques with their modifications as well as their advantages and disadvantages.
