Obesity, Acupuncture and Biomagnetism

Obesity currently affects a large number of the population, without distinction between social strata, age and/or sex; it is considered a chronic disease, besides being a factor that can trigger other pathologies and, if it is the case, aggravate pre-existing ones. It is mainly caused by poor nutrition, overeating, sedentary lifestyle and in some cases, by emotional disorders (anxiety).In this research, besides analyzing this pathology from the vision of Traditional Chinese Medicine, it was also analyzed from the Allopathic point of view and the most relevant for this study, the Biomagnetism; being carried out in a systematic way, with a clear objective, so that the aspects can be checked and replicated for each of the cases studied, which were: Treatment only with Acupuncture, another where only Biomagnetism was applied and finally the coupling of both therapies.Thanks to this investigation it was possible to verify that it is possible to lose weight with Acupuncture, but if we add the Biomagnetism, we get to enhance even more the therapy and thus shorten the time of this.
