Pakistan is world 7th largest producer of sugar cane, apart from this 84 sugar industries and 22 distillery present in Pakistan. In this research work numerical simulation was used to carryout ethanol production and effects of various parameter on that. Numerical simulation was done by selecting Rk 4rth order method to solve monod model by developing C++ program. C++program were developed for solving different parameters like pH, oxygen flowrate, agitational intensity and temperature. The maximum ethanol was produced by utilizing 5.5pH, 0.1vvm/l of oxygen flowrate,300rpm of agitational intensity and 40oC. Numerical simulation has getting importance regarding optimization of various parameter for any process. The simulation and experimental results were compared and result were analysed. By utilizing temp 40oC,pH 5.5 ,oxygen flowrate 0.1 vvm/l and agitational intensity rpm 300. As carbon and nitrogen source is concerned there are different source were present like for carbon sucrose, glucose and molasses, but the maximum production at 15% molasses . As for nitrogen source is concerned (NH4)2SO4 is about 0.5% . study the various other model that were made for ethanol production.
