Nigerian Diaspora's Contributions to Homeland Development

Migration is causing dramatic shifts in the demographic profiles of both industrial and developing countries with positive and negative implications for socio -economic and political spheres. This is more so in the era of globalisation. The political economy of state development in Africa and Nigeria is impacted when remittances are considered. The tremendous potentials of the diaspora created the lacuna for a Nigerian case study with implications for Nigeria's development.
