NEW OLIGOMER ANTIOXIDANTS BASED ON GOSSYPOL: SYNTHESIS AND PROPERTIES

During processing, storage, and use, polymers are exposed to heat, light, oxygen, mechanical loads, and other effects. As a result, the properties of polymers change: mechanical strength and elasticity decrease, brittleness appears, color changes, the smooth surface becomes rough, etc. At present, the main raw materials for the production of antioxidants in the world are aromatic, low-molecular, and high-molecular amines and hydroxylamines, fatty acid amines, high-molecular alcohols, quinoline bases, imidazolines, thiourea derivatives, urotropine, phosphorus-containing compounds, as well as by-products of the production of synthetic rubber, coke-chemical and petrochemical production. Due to the growing demand for applied antioxidants, the expediency of creating products, in relation to new raw materials, based on advanced technology, becomes extremely important. In the course of solving this problem, it became necessary to synthesize oligomeric antioxidants with a combination of valuable and useful properties, to develop nanotechnology for the production of oligomeric inhibitors using new raw materials as a raw material base.
