Networks and Congolese criminal law

We live in a period where new information and communication technologies constitute a "new spirit" that brings us an infinite number of new possibilities. Indeed, the use of anonymity and pseudonyms on the Internet is not, in itself, a phenomenon that interests Congolese criminal law. In this way, social networks participate in the emergence of new forms of freedom of expression. However, the other side of the coin is obviously the misuse that can be made of these tools. Thus, the use of pseudonyms that social networks seem to offer is a fertile ground for the proliferation of criminal or even deviant behaviors that require a reaction from criminal law. Unfortunately, the latter does not cover all cybercrime offenses.
