Mushroom

Mushroom are fungi which lack chlorophyll and can not manufacture their own food in the presence of sunlight as to green plants. However, mushroom can produce a wide range of enzymes that degrade the complex. substrate on which they grow, following which they absorb the soluble substance for their own nutrition. In this country mushroom is grown in the largest quantity in Himachal Pradesh. There is an organization named NCMRT made a survey to sort out problem faced by the farmers. The more mushroom will be popular the more facilities will be extended to the farmer for its intensive and extensive culture. It is doubtless that those facilities are urgent in the interest of the prospective growers and farmers which are millions in number.
