Mr. Reuter and his Lovesickness

The woman of his life stays with the man of her life. Reuter is really on a roll in life. Unfortunately, in completely the wrong direction. He loses his job, gets evicted from his flat, his best friend drops dead, and the woman of his life stays with the man of her life. Meanwhile, his artist friend Alba goes to Brazil on a scholarship, and Mangold falls hopelessly in love with an Italian TV presenter. Left behind is Reuter, holed up alone in his flat. His attempt to catapult himself out of life ends in grotesque wretchedness. When even a Swiss assisted-dying organisation sends him home, advising him that he’d be better off finding his life rather than taking his own, Reuter realises that it’s probably time to discover what he apparently hasn’t known at all until now: himself.
