Morphological and molecular of eimeria spp in sheep

Eleven species of Eimeria spp. were recorded based on the structure of the oocysts by microscopic examination (E. ovinoidalis, E. crandalis, E. ahsata, E. weybridgensis, E. bakuensis (ovine), E. intricate, E. fuare, E. pallida, E. granulosa, E. parva and E. marsica).
