Monitoring proposal for cardiac rehabilitation programs

Cardiac rehabilitation programs are a costly and complex investment that must be optimized within the framework of good management. This research sought to generate a proposal for a monitoring system of the cardiac rehabilitation program for users with ischemic heart disease, developed from the model of Management for Development Results. Through the analysis of the contribution of structural, process, result and impact indicators, the digital tool RehabiCor (www.rehabicorcr.com ), a data panel for monitoring events associated with exercise, is proposed. RehabiCor seeks to influence an interdisciplinary program for a vulnerable population and its public value is to raise the need for a health care model that is modern, patient-centered, dynamic in its decision making and incorporating technological innovation.
