Models of Motivation

The focus of the book is on researching the mechanisms and structure of motivation, acquiring knowledge and applicability. Solving the problem step by step with the algorithmic way of thinking is the basis that should be read by the reader. The concept of measurability and its applicability is one of the reader's formula. A multi-year research of authors in this field through application of results in his professor's work created the conditions for designing the original model that is the basis for the motivation algorithm. The concept of the model is based on creativity, thinking, problem solving, understanding of understanding, visualization capabilities and system analysis (CTSKVA). Main message: Motivation, understanding over memorization, algorithmic thinking mechanism, is the key to success for the 21st century. Understanding has priority over motivation, feedback is important, and the model of motivation can influence the level of knowledge quality in all areas.
