MADE is a tool for project management from activity diagram. It is based on Eclipse Graphic Modeling Framework (GMF) and Meta-Object Facility (MOF) Script. It can help you see what is not working as planned and help you improve your workflow. You can add constraints that can be checked by the tool and it will report if something went wrong or tell you that everything is right. The purpose of this paper is to look into how we can use Activity Diagram for Project Planning. We will use Model Driven Development to achieve this. We will also analyse the shortcomings of Activity Diagrams to generate a viable software.
