Mobile banking, mobile money and financial messaging.

The regular practice of mobile phone banking opens the doors to the banking system, which is still a great challenge for the Congolese population. Practically, the large number of Congolese consumers do not dissociate the true meaning and advantages of Mobile Banking offered by banks and Mobile Money offered by mobile phone operators. The term "Mobile Banking", or mobile banking service, is a service offered by a financial institution allowing to perform all banking transactions from a mobile phone. Mobile Banking is a bank account that can be used with a mobile phone, whereas "mobile money" always starts from the same mobile banking structure, only that it is a service offered by mobile phone operators allowing to send and receive money on a mobile phone. Mobile money is an electronic wallet. The aim is to make the diagnosis which is to develop a better understanding of the protection of consumers of financial services in the DRC.
