One of the important factors of training qualified personnel is to increase the quality and efficiency of education. In improving the quality and effectiveness of education, modern methods, forms and tools, technologies, problem-based teaching, in particular, non-traditional methods of independent education play an important role. This requires conducting scientific-pedagogical research on improving the quality and effectiveness of education in higher education institutions, improving existing methods and tools.
