Methodological pathways for approaching learning assessment

The evaluation of learning as a process to guide the integral formation of students; where experience and ethics play a preponderant role as fundamental values that all teachers must apply in their professional performance at the different levels of the education system, mainly in this case at university level. The results of evaluation as a process facilitate the guidance and monitoring of each of the students, providing the opportunity for them to live experiences to recognise their strengths and limitations in order to advance in the construction of their learning; from this perspective, formative evaluation should predominate in the interactions that teachers have with their students. In this way, not only their academic performance, but also their coexistence in the social environment where they develop in their daily lives and in their professional life.
