Mentoring

This document presents a proposal for the implementation of a Tutorial Action System to operate at the Universidad del Golfo de México, Campus Tuxpan. Tutoring is a valuable resource to face the new challenges of the higher education system; it promotes a personalised education, thus constituting an integral formation of the university student and promoting educational quality. The tutor, a person of recognised professional ability, with a notable university background and a solid human formation, provides cultural, academic and human guidance to the student, thus guiding him/her to make the best possible use of all the resources that the centre offers him/her, and to develop all his/her potential to the maximum degree.
