Mapping Galactic Cluster Phase-Space

The current dark energy/ cold dark matter (¿CDM) cosmology fits a broad array of observations remarkably well. Chiefly, it predicts the the existence and structure of light emitted around 370,000 years after the 'big bang', which is presently

observed as microwave emission in all directions of the night sky (the Cosmic Microwave Background, or CMB). It accurately predicts the statistical distribution of the cosmic web of galaxies (i.e. its Large-Scale Structure, or LSS). It predicts the

observed hydrogen/deuterium ratio within stars, as well as other elements. And it describes the accelerating expansion of the universe which can be observed in the light from galaxies and supernovae at increasing distance from Earth.
