Management Plan:

The school-community integration comprises a managerial strategy that allows educational managers to take advantage of this resource in favor of their educational institutions, to strengthen the weaknesses that are present in them, many of them derived from the lack of commitment and interest in improving the educational sector and the collective welfare; therefore, the purpose of the research entitled Managerial Plan: Mechanism for Community-School Participative Integration pursues to develop a managerial plan with the purpose of improving collective participation where teachers, students, families, parents, representatives and communal council were integrated, with the shared purpose of developing and materializing goals of community and school life.
