There is a majestic department in the United States Government specializing in weird science and magic and is affiliated with the Central Intelligence Agency.

Travis Palmer, a Freemason, former government attorney and black belt in the martial art of Tang Soo Do, established relationships with high profile government individuals over the years, which is fortunate for Travis because he is extremely ill. Not able to pinpoint the origin of his illness through normal medical appointments, he is mysteriously visited one day by extraordinary measures and hard to believe events. These measures and events ultimately save Travis from his illness.

What's more, Travis now has superhuman abilities that he would like to use to help humanity; however, his career path takes a surprising turn due to his unique talents.
