Magnetic quantum effects in semiconductor structures

Today, much attention is paid to the study of the influence of temperature and a strong electromagnetic field on the quantum Hall effects, Shubnikov-de Haas oscillations and de Haas-van Alphen oscillations in semiconductor structures. At the same time, one of the important tasks is to carry out targeted scientific research in the following areas: building a specific theory of the dependence of the effective masses of free electrons, longitudinal magnetoresistance, magnetic field susceptibility, magneto-optical absorption coefficients as the main physical parameters from external actions, creating mathematical models to determine the effect a strong microwave electromagnetic field on the Shubnikov-de Haas oscillations in semiconductors.
