Linear differential equations. Classical and modern theory

The present book is devoted to methods of integration of differential equations, from the classical point of view, as well as by means of distributions theory. One points out the practical origins and applications of these functional equations, illustrating them by examples from physics, biology, medicine. The corresponding solutions are given. Notions of wronskian, delta-distribution and their applications, as well as the stability of equilibrium points play a central role. The book contains some of the original results of the first author, presented in over eight international conferences. Equations with singularities are also studied. This work is useful to high level students, Master students, professors, engineers and any reader interested in the field.
