The rising competitive market hinders the constant improvement of production systems, thus requiring a good management of their production processes adapted to quality management practices, in search of better efficiency scores. Independently of the branch of the company, this improvement originates in the identification and elimination of waste. In this way, this book aimed to propose improvements in an information flow of a process, named System of Disconnection Management (SGD) of a network in an electric power distributor, making use of basic quality tools to reduce the inefficiencies identified in the process. The proposal involved the sectors that operate in the building of the Company of study and the execution partner companies as well as their workers, interconnecting all levels (Strategic, Tactical and Operational). The contributions of this work are concentrated in the mechanism proposed for the execution of the activities without running away from the deadlines present in the SOP 001. The literary contribution refers to the amount of research in the area of Production Engineering focused on services, emphasizing quality in service providing companies.
