LEADERSHIP

Leadership is a cross cutting and most widely used expression in many areas of human activity, including armed forces, business, politics, religion, sports, and the like. It requires skills which many who have taken up the mantle have lacked and therefore little wonder the problems the leaders in question and the institutions they have headed have faced. It is not strange to mention that some leaders have had to be chased out by their subjects; sometimes with the support of external powers or forces.
