This assignment does not include the organizational specifics and changes by ¿globalizing¿ a company.

Chapter three includes theoretical models of leadership effectiveness, effective global leadership, measurement and evaluation of leadership effectiveness, and the organizational requirements to develop global team leaders. At the end a conclusion and outlook is given.
