This book analyzes laws relating to biotechnology from the perspectives of USA, Europe, UK and India. Consisting of nine chapters, the book covers scientific aspects, commercial applications,  policy aspects, intellectual property, trade, environmental, human rights and regulatory aspects of biotechnology updated up to 2025, with case laws analysis and legislative updates. There are two chapters on public policy and biodiversity aspects of biotechnology.
