Labour discipline

Work discipline - mandatory for all employees compliance with the rules of conduct determined in accordance with the Labor Code, other laws, collective agreements, labor contracts, local regulations of the organization. The employer is obliged, in accordance with the Code, laws, other normative legal acts, collective agreement, agreements, local normative acts containing norms of labor law, the labor agreement, to create conditions necessary for employees to observe labor discipline.The labour regulations of an organization are determined by the internal labour regulations. The rules of the internal labour regulations of the organization are the local normative act of the organization which regulates, in accordance with the Code and other federal laws, the procedure for the admission and dismissal of employees, the basic rights, obligations and responsibilities of the parties to the labour agreement, working hours, rest periods, incentives and penalties applied to employees and other issues related to the regulation of labour relations in the organization.
